  Pathetic experience for multiple times. They tend to prepone/ cancel the bus when they are not able to fill it and inform at the last moment. The owner Rajan Sharma was shameless while doing that, didn't even apologize. Travel at your own risk. It's difficult to book the bus for the long route at the last moment.

  Bus conditions and bus facility (mobile charger, blanket,clean bed cover) is very good. No delay during journey, may be reach sometimes before time. You fill happy and comfort journey.

  I had a fantastic experience with Ezbus Ashok! The bus was on time, and they provided a water bottle for added comfort. The journey was safe and secure, and the deboarding was also punctual. I highly recommend their service and will definitely choose Ezbus for future travels!

  Bad Experience with EZBUS by Ashok Bus No MP 70 ZC 6699 My journey was very disappointing. The bus broke down in the middle causing almost a 2 hour delay. The driver kept stopping unnecessarily and took extra private passengers without any reason. The bus was not stopped at good hotels which made the travel uncomfortable. The drivers behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. He did not speak properly and gave rough answers to every question. The bus was also not clean at all and overall maintenance was very poor. This was a very bad travel experience and I am highly dissatisfied with the service.
