1. Definitions

• "User" / "Visitor" refers to any individual accessing the directory to search, explore, or contact listed businesses.
• "Business Owner" / "Merchant" refers to individuals or corporate entities who register, manage, or claim a commercial listing on Findoo.
• "Services" includes local search directories, interactive mini-websites, lead distribution, ratings & reviews, and promotional advertisement tools.

2. Account Registration & Security

• To add a business listing, users must create an account providing genuine contact details (email, mobile number, and contact person).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your authenticated account.
• Findoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide falsified information or violate platform standards.

3. Business Listing Guidelines & Content Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Business owners must ensure all business details, operating hours, addresses, contact numbers, and service descriptions are accurate, legitimate, and current.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload or publish any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property, or promoting prohibited substances/services under Indian Law.
• Right to Moderate: Findoo reserves the right to review, edit, moderate, reject, or delete any listing or media that fails our compliance verification.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

• Findoo provides Free listing options alongside premium visibility subscription tiers (e.g. Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus).
• Subscription benefits, validity periods, and pricing are clearly stated on our plans page before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through certified, RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as PayU / PhonePe).
• Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, logos, visual designs, source code, and directory architectures are the exclusive property of Findoo.
• Merchants retain ownership of their proprietary logos and trademarks submitted to their listing while granting Findoo a royalty-free license to display and market them on the platform.

6. User Reviews & Community Feedback

• Reviews represent genuine consumer experiences. Business owners may respond professionally to reviews through their dashboard.
• Manipulating reviews, purchasing fake positive reviews, or posting malicious reviews targeting competitors is strictly forbidden.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The directory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties.
• Findoo does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by third-party merchants listed on the platform.
• Any transaction, payment, or agreement between a consumer and a listed business is solely between those two parties.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
