All services, listings, subscription packages (Monthly Plan & Yearly Plan), mini-website builder tools, and promotional features provided on our platform are 100% digital electronic services. Therefore, no physical items or tangible goods are packaged, shipped, or delivered via courier.

2. Digital Fulfillment & Activation Timelines

Upon completing an online payment through our authorized payment gateways (PayU or PhonePe):

• Instant Account Activation: Paid subscription packages and premium listing tier upgrades are activated instantly (typically within 1 to 15 minutes) upon successful payment confirmation from the banking gateway.
• Mini-Website Storefront Access: Access to configure and publish your business mini-website (e.g. findoobusiness.com/site/yourbusiness) is provisioned immediately in your user dashboard.
• Lead & Enquiry Notifications: Direct customer inquiries and call alerts are routed instantly in real time to your registered phone, WhatsApp, and email address.
• Tax Invoices & Receipts: Official GST/tax payment invoices are generated electronically and made available immediately in your dashboard under My Subscriptions & Invoices and emailed to your registered address.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all offerings on Findoo are digital software solutions and online directory visibility packages:

• Shipping Fee: ₹0.00 (Nil / Free). We never levy any shipping or handling fees.
• Delivery Mode: Online digital delivery via secure cloud infrastructure to your registered user account.

4. Service Verification & Resolution of Delays

In rare scenarios where a payment succeeds at your bank but an unexpected network timeout prevents immediate gateway callback confirmation:
