The most common complaints include poor punctuality, rude staff, and uncomfortable seating. Buses often arrive late, leaving travelers waiting for hours without proper updates. Inside the buses, the seats are either broken or dirty, and the air conditioning rarely works. Some travelers even reported that the drivers drive recklessly, making passengers feel unsafe during the journey. Several people have also mentioned that luggage handling is careless, and bags are often damaged or misplaced. Overall, these bad reviews reveal that bus travel has become stressful, unreliable, and far from what passengers expect for a comfortable journey.

Horrible experience. Don't trust this travel. They cancelled my ticket at the last moment saying that the bus is not going. I had to book another bus at ashok travels. Then, when at the boarding point, I saw the fastlane bus standing and driver mentioned that he is going to mumbai. They had cancelled my confirmed seat because they had gotten someone who probably paid more. Never book your journey with these cheats.

If you cannot maintain the amenities that you are providing to the customer , Do not promise for that , delay in time and the driver easily says what can we do now about this . This is not acceptable. Improper washroom facility, no water supply and unhygienic. Owner was forcing us to rate 5 star. My recommendation will be please think twice before having a journey in Fast lane.
