  Worst case scenario due to immuture behaviour of driver i missed my bus. Very poor service by pallavi parivahan. I was trying to call on customer care number and number mentioned in bus ticket no one received and i called to bus driver he said "deklo wahi kahin khadi hogi bus mai thodina pass aker bataunga" and then he cuted my call. When i called him he don't respond. Seriously worst service. Poor service by pallavi parivahan

  Worst bus service,they dont provide seats even after booking onlyn n neither provide any confirmation regarding the booking...worst exp with booking n evry onlyn facility...pls remove ur bus name from the list if u could not provide confortable seats ..

  Overall, I found the service to be awesome. The bus was clean and the driver was so kind .The ride was so smooth and the bus arrived on time.

  I booked a ticket from Ujjain to Pune on 25 October. But the bus was from Indore. I tried to connect them several time but not got any answer, finally I have to cancel the ticket without refund.

  Mp13p1344 paytm scan code available but Bus staff didn't accepted online payment So plz remove this paytm scan code or the bus staff conveying the accept the online payment
