  Worst travel experience ever! The driver and manager behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. At first, they said only 10% advance is needed. But once we got into the bus and loaded all our luggage, after traveling around 10 km, they suddenly demanded full payment. They even said “pay now or get down in the middle of the road.” This is completely unacceptable and unsafe behavior. They have no proper way of talking and no respect for passengers. Please be very careful if you are planning to travel with them. Do not trust their words and confirm everything clearly in advance. Alert for everyone: stay aware and don’t fall into this kind of trap!

  Worst Travel Experience – Be Alert ⚠️ This happened just last night. This is a 3rd class service — the bus driver and manager are completely fake and unprofessional. First, they asked for ₹2000 advance, but once we sat in the bus, they started demanding full payment immediately. After barely 10 km, they said “pay the full amount now or get down in the middle of the road.” Who asks for full payment before even completing the trip? This is totally unfair and unsafe. The manager’s behavior was extremely rude — using abusive language (gali-galoch) and talking without any respect. There is zero professionalism and no sense of responsibility towards passengers. No one should trust such travels. Please be careful and don’t fall into this trap. Yeh message un tak bhi pahunchna chahiye — aise logon ko sudharna zaroori hai.

  Very good service from Kalra travels. Good size AC bus for long travels with capacity of 52 persons. Mr Ambaram, the driver has a very good driving experience for years. Mr. Vinod , the helper, is very helpfull with good nature. Thank you Kalra travels for a beautiful journey from Nagda to Udaipur, to and fro.

  Worst Experience ever. I want to give a big zero but there is no such option else I would have chosen that. They showed different images of bus and sent the worst condition bus. The Seats are not comfortable and push back system broken. Ac is not working properly and Ac vents are broken as well. Bus driver stopped the bus in middle of night at petrol pump near Maharashtra border and demanded more money for fuel. I would not suggest this travel company for anyone.

  Booked a bus for 3 days. Me Shubham managed the booking. Pros: Had a good booking experience on WhatsApp/Call. Behaviour of staff was very nice. Bus arrived before time. Bus and bedding were clean. Main driver was professional. Cons: Some of the windows were not getting closed properly, the cold Dec wind made way into the bus.
