Fraud travel agency. They make false statements. They loot people by taking money twice for the same bus saying that the bus was cancelled and you will get refund for one ticket. But eventually they don't cancel the bus and don't even refund the money for one ticket out of two. Worst communication with the customers.

Third class Buses , My friend has started from Mumbai, on phone operator said we start from Sion and actually Bus started from Borivali. Due to their parcel pickup stops Bus was late by 2 hours at Thane from Thane they went inside Bhiwandi thru old Agra Road till 10 pm Bus was not reached even at Shahpur. Driver was absolutely non friendly, there was toilet available in Bus but Driver has bluntly denied to use even to ladies. There was no lights in cabin. No water bottles provided. After paying 4000/-₹ value for money was ZERO.
