  Very poor and unsafe experience. The driver was driving rashly and was frequently on phone calls while driving, which is completely unacceptable. Despite clearly discussing the drop location in advance and paying for it, he refused to drop at the agreed stop. The behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the journey. There was no support from the management when we raised concerns. Would not recommend this travel service to anyone. Giving 1 star only because that’s the minimum option - otherwise, it deserves 0. Reply to the comment from owner: At no point did we mention that the booking was made from this account. It is completely baseless to verify only by this name and use that as a reason to dismiss the feedback or avoid responsibility by saying there is no booking. Also, we have no reason to search for an unknown travel company just to post fake reviews. We have better things to do. This review is simply to make others aware of the kind of experience you provide, so they can avoid facing similar issues. The concerns mentioned - rash driving, the driver being on calls while driving, refusal to drop at the agreed location despite prior discussion and payment, and extremely rude behavior - are genuine and were experienced during the journey. Instead of labeling every negative review as fake, it would be better to acknowledge such feedback and work on improving your service.

  I want to give them a zero star. My father booked an AC car with them for April 27th Ujjain to Omkareshwar, everything inclusive. First driver arrived late and got a CNG car, gave us a late start, stopped twice for gas and traffic, took 5 hours to reach Omkareshwar. Me and my mom sitting in the back kept complaining about AC not working. To which the driver kept saying the AC is on max and we were sweating in the back for a 5 hr drive each way. The main concern, since I was sweating in the back seat, I removed my wrist watch and kept it aside and dont know how I fell asleep. During the ride, the watch must have fell thru the seats and when back in Ujjain we were in a rush to get out of the car, that I missed to look between the seats. Later when we called the driver he straight away denied that he couldnt find the watch in the car. Whereas clearly i had removed it in the car. I am looking forward to take the next action on them. I have never forgotten anything in a vehicle, but heard from my friends, with other rental car cabs/companies, the driver himself was honest and returned the lost item. Note for the owner - Please dont post about this being a fake review. I have screenshots of booking confirmation and communication with my father.

  Please avoid choosing this travel service. The experience was extremely disappointing. The driver behaved very unprofessionally and used inappropriate language, which made the journey uncomfortable. When this was raised, the owner was also not supportive or responsive. This was one of the worst travel experiences, and it did not feel safe at all. Passengers are advised to be careful while booking with this service 🙏.

  I book 3 day tour package of Ujjain, it was a very good experience, the hotel was also very good and the taxi was also comfortable, I will come again and will be grateful for your service.

  I booked traveller from Mr Sumit Porwal for Mahakaleswar and Baglamukhi, for Tuesday and Wednesday. We finished visiting Bagla mukhi on Tuesday with a very bad experience with diver . Immediately I spoke to Mr Sumit to change the vehicle as it was on little bad condition though but certainly change the driver. He said there is some fuel issues in Ujjain so take same vehicle and same driver. I will speak to the driver, I agreed upon his request but it was a horrible experience I can not explain , while driving he was seeing you tube and continually talking over phone with his friends with abusing language. When I asked to using you tube, he replied to me did anything happened to you. And the discussion was a long chapter. Very Very bad experience, till then we were praising Ujjain and Ujjain people.
