⭐ BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SOLANKI TRAVELS I strongly recommend that travellers be very careful before booking with Solanki Travels. Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. At the time of booking, we were told that they had their own car and driver. Based on this assurance, we booked a 3-day package covering Indore Airport pickup, Mahakal Darshan and local sightseeing, Omkareshwar, and Indore Airport drop. Unfortunately, once the trip started, the experience was completely different. First, the driver behaved very unprofessionally regarding special darshan arrangements. At Kal Bhairav, the driver asked for around ₹3,500, which we agreed to pay, but the promised service was not properly provided. We had to approach the police to resolve the situation. Fortunately, we had not paid the amount in advance. After that, another driver/car was arranged. The driver dropped us at the hotel after sightseeing at around 4:30 PM and said he would come the next day, despite the fact that we had booked the car for three full days. Later, when we went for Mahakal Temple/Bhasma Aarti arrangements, we were again asked for an additional ₹2,000, which had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking. The total package amount was ₹16,000, and we ended up giving ₹7,000 as advance, with ₹2,000 subsequently returned. The entire experience was confusing, stressful and completely different from what was promised when we made the booking. What is most disappointing is that the owner speaks very politely and professionally at the time of booking, giving you confidence that everything is properly arranged. But once the trip begins, the experience can be completely different. My advice: Be extremely cautious. Clearly confirm in writing who owns the vehicle, the exact vehicle/driver details, number of hours/days of service, sightseeing coverage, darshan arrangements, and every additional charge before making any payment. I am sharing this review so that other travellers can make an informed decision and not get caught in an unpleasant situation during their pilgrimage/trip. Please be careful before booking with Solanki Travels.

We had a wonderful trip to Ujjain, Omkareshwar, and Maheshwar thanks to Mr. Solanki. He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the journey. The car was clean and comfortable, and he drove very safely, which made us feel relaxed during the entire trip. He was knowledgeable about the routes and suggested good timings to visit temples and ghats to avoid crowds. His calm nature and helpful attitude truly enhanced our pilgrimage experience. Highly recommended for anyone planning a Madhya Pradesh temple tour!
