  Excellent car & driver service – highly recommended The booking was prompt and seamless, coordinated efficiently by Mr. Antar Singh. Pickup at Ujjain Junction was perfectly on time, the vehicle was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the entire journey including local touring and airport drop was smooth and stress-free. A special mention for the driver Mr. Omnath – polite, calm, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver. He handled temple visits, waiting times, and the overall schedule with great patience and professionalism. Most importantly, the pricing was fair, transparent, and very competitive for the quality of service provided. We were extremely happy with the experience and will definitely book again. Highly recommended for families and outstation travel.

  Excellent Mahakal Car Tour Experience I recently visited Indore and Ujjain, and my experience with Mahakal Car Tour was excellent. The vehicle was well-maintained, clean, and in very good condition, which made our journey comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to our driver, Abhijeet Bhaiya, who was extremely professional and helpful. He has excellent knowledge of the roads, traffic conditions, hotels, and local food spots. His driving skills were impressive, and he always ensured that we reached our destinations safely and on time.   Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Completely Unacceptable Experience - 18/04/2026 (Driver - Vijay Pawar) This journey was physically painful and mentally exhausting. As someone with a medical condition, l expected basic care and professionalism, but neither was provided. I would strongly not recommend this service, especially for women or anyone with health concerns. I recently traveled from Ujjain (Mahakal) to Omkareshwar with my husband, and this was one of the most uncomfortable and stressful journeys I have experienced. Before the trip, we had clearly informed the company that I have a slipped disc, so I needed a smooth and careful ride. Unfortunately, this was completely ignored. My Experience: • The journey started at 5:30 AM, and within the first 10–15 km, the driver hit a bump at high speed, causing me severe back pain. • Even after repeated requests, he did not properly avoid potholes and was frequently on phone calls while driving, which felt very unsafe. • At Omkareshwar, we were taken for a boat booking and charged ₹1,500. However, we were made to wait in a dirty area near a public toilet, which was extremely uncomfortable. Later, we found the same boat ride was available for only ₹800, clearly indicating we were overcharged and misled. • We started the return journey at 2:00 PM, but despite the distance, we reached Ujjain only at 8:00 PM (6 hours), which is highly unreasonable. • During the return: • We were made to wait 45 minutes at a CNG station • There were unnecessary delays during breaks • The driver argued at a toll booth for ₹31, wasting another 30–45 minutes, even though we had a train to catch • Instead of taking the highway, he chose poor city roads, worsening my back condition. • He also took wrong routes and unnecessary diversions just to avoid toll charges, further delaying the journey. • At the end, the driver demanded extra charges, even though all delays were caused by him (fuel stops, arguments, route changes). This felt completely unfair and unprofessional.
