  I had a very poor experience with this taxi service. First of all, I had to repeatedly follow up with the owner just to get the driver’s details, which should ideally be shared proactively. The driver then created confusion about the pickup time. Even though the cab was booked for 6:00 AM, he insisted he would come at 4:00 AM. After a lot of back-and-forth, he finally agreed to 5:30 AM, but still ended up arriving 30 minutes late. The driving experience was extremely concerning. The driver was reckless and dangerous on the road. When we politely asked him to drive more carefully, he became argumentative and said that he had been driving in the city for many years and knew what he was doing. There were multiple moments where we had narrow escapes, yet each time he simply blamed other drivers instead of reflecting on his own driving. To make matters worse, the condition of the car was terrible. The vehicle was full of dust and poorly maintained, with broken side mirrors, which raised further safety concerns. Overall, this was a very stressful and unsafe experience. I truly wish I had checked the reviews before booking this service. I would not recommend this taxi provider.

  I have booked a taxi from same company & first at the time of pickup the driver demand extra Monday & after that I went to the office there were 2 boys who use abusive language & then I talk with Pawan Jain he start arguments I ask for money back he denied. Then at night when I come back he demand more money from me & I have to pay 200 rs extra else he can do anything. I have attached the pic of the boys as well

  Extremely Poor Experience with Taxi Service I want to share one of the worst experiences I've had during my trip from Ujjain to Omkareshwar. The driver's skills were extremely dangerous. I am grateful that we arrived safely because there were 7 to 8 close calls with accidents. I genuinely don’t understand how he is still alive with such reckless driving, or how he even obtained a driving license. The driver demanded an additional ₹200, threatening that if we didn’t pay, he could cause trouble. This entire experience has been horrible, and it raises serious concerns about how this gang operates their business.

  Worst ever experience.. Never ever take cars from them. The owner is very very rude. The biggest CHEATERS!!! They don't even deserve 1 star for their service.They made us suffer with kids. He wasted our money. We had explained our itinerary beforhand but as soon as we were on road he didn't agree to us and started arguing over everything. As it is rainy season we had asked him to bring some plastic cover to cover our luggage but he didn't bring it along. The owner is a fraud. NEVER NEVER NEVER rent a car from them.

  My worst experience with them. I personally suggest don't book from them. Car me AC to hoga h pr cooling nhi hoti. Driver ko touring experience nhi. We have to help him to find the route with Google. Car is very dirty (Tavera). Jitni booking ki wo jagah complete ghumai bhi nhi sirf focus is to drop us not value for money.
