  The behaviour of the owner of the premise is absolutely uncouth and unacceptable. He doesn't know the H of the hospitality. Deeply full of attitude and thinks he is the owner of some huge property like Taj. Booked 2 rooms for my wife and her family. Absolutely disappointed and saddened to have come across such rude and self centred person. Fought with the guests when requested such a mere amnety like handwash. His logic was you should have mentioned the requirement of the handwash in the online booking. I mean which hotel does that. If every amnety is to be requested by customer himself, then why do you even exist. Shameful and obnoxious from his side to harrass the guests at late night. After the incidence, he even roguely switched off the AC of the rooms intentionally to harrass the guests even more. The guests checked out early to put an end to harassment and checked in to other hotel. Absolutely not recommended hotel. Go to this hotel only to get frustrated and harassed. Fell for good reviews but most of them are fake and paid reviews I guess.

  Had a pleasant stay at Rai Guest House. The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was good. The location is also convenient for visiting the main attractions in Ujjain. Overall, a good and budget-friendly place to stay. Highly recommended! 😊

  My stay at Rai Guest House, Ujjain was a horrible experience. The room shown in the online photos was completely different from the room we were given. The actual room was old, extremely dusty, and very dirty. The bed was infested with cockroaches, and we even found what appeared to be cockroach eggs on the bedding. This was shocking and completely unacceptable, especially since I was traveling with my family. The hygiene standards were terrible, making the stay uncomfortable and disgusting. I would not recommend this guest house to anyone, particularly families. The property should ensure that the online photos accurately represent the rooms and maintain basic cleanliness and pest control before accepting bookings.

  It was a nice stay. Owner are too humble and coperative. Cleanliness aur hygiene ka poora dhyan rkha gya tha. Overall it was a nice experience. Jab bhi next time visit kruga I will definitely book this guest house and I will also recommend k aap bhi ek baar try jaroor kre.

  It was a very nice, comfortable nd happy environment in the guest house. It feels like a family here. The owner Preeti Rai is very humble,helpful,cordial and friendly. She guides you with everything you can ask for. Services are also very nice. Service staff ,Pawan is very helpful and is ready to offer service whenever asked for. They are available all the time and are quick. It was a great experience! 😊❤️
