  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Akkay, Ujjain. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hospitality of the staff. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the service was prompt and courteous. The location was convenient for visiting the temples and exploring Ujjain which is 3 km away from the temple which is okay to avoid traffic if you're coming by your own vehicle. You can park the vehicle in the hotel and can travel by auto which will solve your parking and traffic issues. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, making our trip even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain!

  I stayed in Hotel Akaay with my family. Me and my family had an excellent stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent. Staff behaviour excellent. Food was also amazing as they recently opened their own restaurant. Separate for parking for safety of your cars. Location was best as Mahakal Mandir and other amenities were only 10-15 minutes away as it is situated on Main road so no issues in finding the public transport. No chaos peaceful environment. 10/10 rating from my end. Mr Vikas and other staff members were also very cooperative, humble and carry ready to help nature. We had a great and pleasant stay.

  Nice hotel. Staffs are quite polite and warm. It was indeed a pleasant time to stay in this hotel. They also have a food zone at 3rd floor which run by some 3rd party. Though they some time when you place the order but food quality is very good.

  I had a wonderful stay at Akaay Hotel during my recent girls’ trip. It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ujjain. The hotel feels like a safe haven—perfect for travelers or anyone looking for a secure and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. What truly stood out was the staff—they are extremely helpful, courteous, and available 24/7. They even went out of their way to arrange transport for us at odd hours so we could attend the Bhasma Aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple, which made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, safe, and hassle-free stay in Ujjain!

  The rooms were very basic and quite small for the price charged. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even less pleasant. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and although we were told it would be refilled, no one ever came to do so. The hotel is also located quite far from the temple, which may be inconvenient for many visitors. We booked this property only because we were short on time, but I would recommend exploring other options in the area. If you do consider staying here, it's best to check the rooms in person before booking to ensure they meet your expectations.
