Here’s a polished English version for your review: Staying at Hotel Govindam with my entire family was a wonderful experience. The rooms were extremely neat and clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Room service was prompt, and whatever we ordered arrived on time. The best part of our stay was the kitchen aunty, who served food with the warmth and love of a family member. Her delicious home-style meals made us feel completely at home. And her sweet words, “Sir, please have at least half a paratha more,” always brought a smile to our faces. ☺️☺️😘 Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Govindam to anyone visiting Ujjain. Jai Mahakal! 🙏🔱

This hotel is located very close to the railway station. The staff is incredibly friendly, and while the breakfast spread is a bit repetitive, it is always fresh and delicious. I booked a stay for my parents, who were arriving in Ujjain late at night. I was so impressed that the staff stayed awake, waited for them, and kept in touch with me to coordinate around their train's arrival time. They truly made my parents' trip comfortable and memorable, even helping them arrange cabs for local sightseeing. If you are on a budget but want service that goes far beyond expectations, this is the place to stay!"
