Lovely experience at PAUSE — truly the best hostel in Ujjain! The vibe is super chill and relaxing. The terrace is perfect to unwind, and the host, Mr. Ayush, is absolutely fabulous — such a chill and welcoming person. Special mention to his sweet mom and her amazing coffee ☕️ — absolutely loved it! Had an amazing 2-day stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain ❤️

Stayed in the 8-bed dorm at Pause Homestay, Ujjain. The property and stay experience were average overall. Some issues we faced: - There is only 1 common Bathroom for both 8-bed and 4-bed dormitory - Wash basin tap was not working properly, which caused difficulty while brushing and washing hands - Water ran out multiple times and we had to inform the host to refill the tank - In-house food prices felt expensive - ₹600 per bed felt slightly costly considering the facilities provided - On the terrace the, the swing is broken. Positive side: - Host was responsive when informed about issues - Stay was manageable for short duration I hope they improve maintenance and water management because the place has potential.

Came as a guest, left feeling like part of the gang! 😄 Huge shoutout to Mr. Ayush—the friendliest host ever. Great vibes, clean hostel, and the perfect place to hit the "pause" button in Ujjain. Highly recommended! 🙌

I just lovedddd staying in ‘The Pause’ in Ujjain. Honestly this was my first time staying in a hostel on a solo journey so was a little nervous but the owner of The Pause is so professional and helpful that when I actually stayed there I literally was feeling at home. One thing I loved about it was the hygiene they have maintained all over, especially their beds and bathroom it is super clean and comfortable for all the travellers in Ujjain specially the solo travellers. I would always choose The Pause for my stay everytime I in Ujjain because it feels home away from home🤌🏻❤️ 110% recommended👍🏻👍🏻 Also your safety is 100% guaranteed as they have number locks for the dormitories 🤌🏻

A wonderful stay! The property was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The host was communicative, helpful, and very accommodating. Great value for money and a much more authentic experience than a standard hotel
