  Overall, my stay was good. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Unfortunately, the AC remote in the upgraded room was not working, so we had to shift back to our originally allotted room. Considering this is an MPT property, I believe there are a few areas where the guest experience can be improved: **Air Conditioning:** The air conditioners need servicing or replacement. The AC swing in our room was not functioning, the cooling was below expectations, and the unit was quite noisy during operation. **Restaurant & Food:** The food was good overall, but the restaurant closes after 3:00 PM. Since Ujjain is a major pilgrimage destination and most visitors come for Mahakal Darshan without a fixed schedule, keeping the restaurant open throughout the afternoon would be a great convenience for guests. Also, the kitchen should ensure that the food served is fresh at all times. Overall, it is a good hotel with courteous and helpful staff. The location is convenient, and the stay was comfortable. However, improved maintenance and a few operational changes would make the experience much better and truly match the standards expected from an MPT property.

  The room was quite spacious, neat and clean. The service was good , I booked through make my trip and the check-in was hassle free. The breakfast was also good. We stayed overnight for Mahakal temple visit.The temple is 3 km away from this place but you get autos easily to reach their . Also ample parking place and the approach road is good.

  The location, rooms, and staff make this stay worth every penny. Rooms: 4/5 Staff Behaviour: 4/5 Location: 4/5 The only area that needs improvement is the restaurant. The menu could offer better variety, and the food quality is below average compared to the overall standard of the property.

  Thanda Khana dete hai, Buffe mne 2 jhan ka breakfast 4-5 logon mne devide kerte. Toaster bhi kaam nahi kerta, Room big hai but bathroom are not that cleaned like other MPT hotels in pachmari and all. Staff is also not upto the mark. Not recommended at all. Ps improving my rating by 1 star as atleast they care of customers asked how they could improve.

  Worth the price. Rooms are decent for stay considering it to be a government hotel. It has good locality as the Mahakal temple is with 2.5km, good parking space and is located in market area, so one can explore market area at walking distance. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
