  My stay at Hotel Abika elite, Ujjain was truly a memorable and refreshing experience. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the moment you arrive. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities provided. The food served here is absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with genuine care. The service staff is highly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist guests. What stood out most was their genuine hospitality, it felt heartfelt, not scripted. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making us feel truly valued. The location is ideal for pilgrims and travelers visiting the sacred city of Ujjain. I highly recommend to Hotel Abika elite, Ujjain anyone seeking comfort, great food, and genuine warmth.

  Had a wonderful stay! The food was excellent, and the hospitality was truly commendable. Special thanks to Rahul Verma and the entire restaurant service team for being so helpful, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. This was my first visit to Ujjain, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. I am leaving with beautiful memories and the divine blessings of Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊🙏

  Our stay at Abika Elite, Ujjain, was far below expectations. The hotel charges nearly ₹8,000 per night without breakfast, but the quality of the rooms and services does not justify the price. The maintenance is extremely poor. The shower enclosure would not close properly, bathroom fittings were faulty, the clothes hook was broken, and the air conditioner struggled to cool the room. It also appeared that the room had not been cleaned properly before check-in. The hotel is surprisingly stingy with basic amenities. Only one 500 ml water bottle was provided for two guests, and even a simple printout at the reception was chargeable. The restaurant prices are unreasonably high, making the overall stay even more expensive. What disappointed us the most was the attitude of the front desk staff. They were neither welcoming nor helpful, which is the last thing you expect in a city like Ujjain that welcomes thousands of pilgrims and tourists every day. The corridors and common areas also looked neglected and lacked proper upkeep. There are far better hotels in Ujjain offering better service and value for the same or even lower price. Unless the management focuses on maintenance, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend staying here.

  Always a good experience to stay at this hotel for mahakaal darshan. The location is very convenient. The food at their restaurant is very good. Staff is cooperative specially Ravi Sen who makes sure your stay is very comfortable. He is very hard working and honest.

  Stayed there for 2 days. - 1. Location - 1.5 km from mahakal temple. Away from crowd. E rik easily available. 2. Food - awesome. 3. Front office staff always ready to help You. Specially mention Mr. Gaurav, courteous and solve every problem. 4. Focus more on cleanliness 5. Renovation require. Overall best option to stay in Mahakal Nagri.
