  Giving 2 stars because of the location is very near and walkable from mandir. Rest all are not even worth 1 star. Let me beging. I had booked it for December 2025 1 month before. I was asked to pay some advance. I could have paid just 500 or 1000 but since it was a planned one i paid 2000 as a good gesture where my total quote was 8000. Due to Indigo issue i had to cancel the booking and i tried my best to convince them that i will visit in next 3 4 months when flights will be normal so dont pay me the advance but atleast my next booking adjust it. But after several requests only 50% was agreed. I planned my visit in april 2026. When i reached the destination i was shocked. It is near the temple but the route is very confusing and only e rickshaw are allowed that too they will also drop you 100 150 mtrs from the hotel. Their attendant picked only 1 luggage and rest all had to be self carried. The entrance of the hotel is so narrow and people are smoking there. The rooms are big but basic amenities are a concern. Beds are not so cleaned nor the toilet. NO Tv service. Wifi also very unstable and unusable. No complementary water bottle but RO is there. Some employees are rude and not so friendly while some are friendly and helpful. Overall not satisfied. Not recommended if you have luggage and kids and when you have brought a cab with you to stay for you during the visit. If thats not a concern you may select it. Good location to reach Mahakal mandir and Harsidhi mandir. Walkable distance from smart parking but keep a note , with luggage only rickshaw are helpful.

  I recently stayed at Hotel Gujarat Heritage in Ujjain while on a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The serene ambience helped me unwind after long workdays. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a restful stay.

  The feel here is something special. It’s calm and real. Every part of the hotel made me feel welcome and cared for. Special thanks to the manager of this hotel, Ravi Prajapat ji, who explained everything to me very well and helped me in sightseeing and everything. I would recommend everyone to stay here, it is very close to the temple.

  1.Location is wrongly mentioned in google map. 2. Rooms have extreme water leakage, damaged walls and full of moisture smells. In my room there was issue in water passage through flush. 3. Rooms are well lighted to hide the watery walls. 4. Location is near to temple Gate no 1. 5. Transport facility is not available to hotel as it is situated extreme inside. 6. Those who can compromise with their comfort may visit hotel.
