We had a great stay at greenwood villa. The place is conveniently located right on the main road and can easily accommodate 8-12 people. The host, is a wonderful and very helpful person. Highly recommend this home especially for families visiting Ujjain!

Excellent homestay in a posh locality, conveniently located near the main markets of Ujjain. We stayed here with our family for four nights and had a very comfortable experience. The owner and the caretaker were very cooperative and understanding. Special thanks to Kanha, the caretaker, who was polite, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent Stay at Green Wood Villa We stayed at Green Wood Villa in January 2026, and the experience was truly wonderful. The villa is very clean, well maintained, and from the moment you enter, it genuinely feels like home. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and perfectly managed. The property has: 2 BHK bungalow on the ground floor 2 BHK villa on the first floor Both floors are fully furnished with all modern amenities. From hair dryer to microwave oven, Wi-Fi to Android TV, RO water system, refrigerator, gas stove, and complete kitchen equipment — everything you need is already available. There is also proper parking facility, which is very convenient. The society itself is premium, peaceful, and well maintained, making the stay even more relaxing and comfortable. Overall, Green Wood Villa is an excellent choice for families or anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and homely stay. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay. Mahesh ji was extremely helpful and ensured all facilities were available. He also accommodated an early check-in as per our train arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The property offers great value for money. The caretaker, Kanha bhaiya, was always available when needed, arranged house services promptly, and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed experience.
