**Very poor experience. Stay somewhere else if you can.** This hotel was a huge disappointment from start to finish. * Room service was extremely slow. * Reception staff were unresponsive and showed little concern for guests. * Wi-Fi hardly worked and was restricted to only two devices. It disconnected constantly, and we had to call every time to get it reactivated. * There was no water for several hours in the morning. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, no one acted quickly. * The rooms were tiny. * The location was inconvenient. * The price was far too high for the quality of the hotel. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. It was not worth the money.
"For the past three years, I’ve been staying once a month at Hotel Imperial Grand regularly, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back." Ali Ji always ensures my booking, no matter how busy they are. Sanjay Ji at reception is outstanding, making check-ins seamless. In the restaurant, Vishnu and his brother consistently ensure my dining needs are met. Even housekeeping, with Pappu Gujar’s attentiveness, stands out. The property’s location is convenient, the pool is fantastic, and the food—especially the kurkuri bhindi—is superb. Highly recommended!
Had a very comfortable stay at Imperial Grand, Ujjain. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. One of the best things is the hotel location — very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple, which made our visit very convenient. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a good hotel for families and pilgrims visiting Ujjain. Highly recommended! But you have to reach hotel before 10:30 am otherwise you people will mis urs breakfast after that they don't entertain vistor for free breakfast included in there stay . Otherwise all things are good restaurant food is very good and delicious to eat we enjoyed a lot.
Absolutely pathetic experience and probably the worst place I have ever stayed in. Staff: The staff at reception during the day is RUDE and does not know even basics on how to respond since the guard at the main entrance didn't let our cab in the porch for 20 minutes. Zero courtesy and sense of hospitality is non-existent. Cleanliness and hygiene: Dirty bedsheets, unclean and stinking washrooms in the room as if it's a public washroom, smelly towels. I could not even enter the common washroom on the ground floor, had almost puked. Room Service: Excessively slow, takes a lifetime to get a response. Value for money: Zero value for money. I wouldn't have even paid half the money they charged for this place. Restaurant: Breakfast buffet is not great. But food on order is good. Location: The one and the only good thing about the place.
Hotel imperial view Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel overcharged us for a small towel stain, which felt completely unfair and unprofessional. On top of that, they didn’t even provide complimentary drinking water in the room, something that should be a basic amenity at any decent hotel. The breakfast was another huge disappointment. Food trays were left empty, and staff were slow to refill them, leaving many guests with very limited options. The overall service was poor, and the management seemed more interested in charging extra than ensuring guests had a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better places that value their guests and provide basic hospitality without unfair charges.
