  I personally have visited ujjain for 5 times stayed in 5 different hotels but this was the best. This place is super clean. Fabulous service. It is really close to the Mahakal temple. Nice rooms nice washroom everything you need for a comfortable travel is in this hotel. I don't know how other people feel but personally this was a 10 out of 10 for me ...what a service ....what a staff.... what a location..... and absolutely reasonable price. My most recent stay was in July 2025 and now whenever we will go we will stay here only. ❤️

  I booked this hotel through YatraDham for 10 people for 2 nights (12 June 2026 to 14 June 2026). The booking was made based on the room images shown on the app. However, when we arrived at the property, the actual rooms were completely different from the pictures displayed online. The hotel provided us with very small rooms, and there was only one washroom for our group. The biggest issue was the poor hygiene and cleanliness. The washroom was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned before check-in, and during our stay, no housekeeping staff came to clean the room. We repeatedly requested the reception staff to clean the washroom. Every time, we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one ever showed up. The staff was unresponsive, and our complaints were ignored. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience for me and my family. The hotel does not match the images advertised online, and the cleanliness standards are extremely poor. I would not recommend this property to families or groups looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

  Had a really unpleasant stay. Power was unavailable for around 2.5 hours, and there was no water for basic needs like bathing and using the washroom. Despite these issues, they demanded extra payment during checkout. Very poor service and management.

  We had booked our room int 2-3 days advance and also paid the hotel deposit. Still before our arrival he alloted the booked room to some other customer and when we went for check in they started questioning us regarding our booking. we provided all the booking details after which he gave us a small dirty room with very bad smell and no ventilation. We asked him to change the room but he said you have only option else you find some other place to stay. This all happened in midnight 12:00 after we reached after long journey hungry and tired. Guys please never go to this place. Their all room have dirty wall and bad smell. Even they have dirty reception sofa . No parking also

  Hotel Mahakal Vishram is an excellent hotel—you should definitely come and stay here. You can get a room here at a very affordable price. It is located just a 200-meter walk from the Mahakal Temple, and the staff members are also very courteous.
