⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the most unprofessional hotel stays I’ve had. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff insisted that we check out before the official checkout time mentioned at the time of booking. Instead of being courteous or accommodating, they repeatedly pressured us to leave early, which completely disrupted our plans. There was no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no concern for guest convenience. The service throughout our stay was poor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, lacked basic hospitality, and handled everything in an unprofessional manner. Simple requests took far too long, and communication was disappointing. To make matters worse, the hotel itself lacked several basic amenities that you would expect for the price being charged. The overall experience did not match the claims or expectations at all. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property. There are far better hotels in Ujjain that value their guests’ time, comfort, and money. I definitely won’t be returning.

Very nice place. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Ujjain. Super area of rooms with top notch cleanliness. Had a very comfortable stay. Parking and swimming facility is also available. Had dinner here with room service. The food taste was way good than to describe here. With hospitality of Mr Shubham Parmar, I would recommend this hotel for family stay 10/10.

This hotel is more of Hotel for Banquets. They have huge lawn and banqueting space. Your car is parked outside the hotel beside security and then you have to walk 100 metre to reach the reception. They don't have a restaurant, the pool is beautiful and photogenic. Staff is decent, service is okayish, price is fine. Yes you can opt this property it you are coming by your own car or else you won't find any public convence. It's totally value for money

Had a really great stay at Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Special thanks to Vikram ji (Manager) for his outstanding service. He was very polite, helpful and made sure everything was perfectly managed. His behavior and professionalism truly made our experience even better. Staff was cooperative, service was quick, and everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Will definitely visit again! 😊
