  No price tagging in groceries and package food, unsupportive staff, Staff shortage, no clear return policy these are the major problems. These issues should be resolved asap!

  My recent visit to Vishal Mega Mart turned out to be such a fun and satisfying shopping experience. The moment I walked in, I felt happy seeing how big and well-arranged the store was. Everything was neatly placed — clothes, groceries, household items, footwear — it honestly felt like a one-stop destination for everything I needed. I began with the clothing section, and I was honestly surprised by the variety. From trendy outfits to daily wear, there was something for everyone in the family. The kids’ section made me smile because the clothes were not only cute but also super affordable. I ended up picking more than I had planned because the prices were so reasonable. After that, I checked out groceries and home essentials, and again, I was impressed. The products were fresh, neatly stacked, and at prices that didn’t make me think twice. The staff also added to the good experience. They were polite, patient, and helped me with sizes and offers without any hesitation. Even billing was quick, which saved me from the usual long waiting time I expect at big stores. Overall, Vishal Mega Mart gave me a homely, happy shopping vibe. I truly enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back again.

  Quality of clothes good! But the service not at all. No proper billing queue information. Systems hang in the middle of bill. Long time to wait for them to bill cause buzy in talking. Didn’t even ask for carry bag , gave clothes unfolded. He literally gave me clothes after billing in the same basket! What am i suppose to do carry the basket home??? They were out of cash and less staff!

  Whene ever I came that place The atmosphere of this Mart is very suffocating. No fan and no AC was working On second floor and this is happening again and again But the variety of clothes are goods and price of the clothes are 100 to 1000

  Very poor billing counter and management. The manager's behavior is terrible. They don't bill properly at the counter.
