Honestly, shopping at Titan felt way better than I expected, all thanks to Mohit Malviya. He didn’t just “show watches” and move on—he actually took his time, explained everything properly, and made sure I understood what I was looking at. What I really liked was that he wasn’t pushy at all. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to pick something I’d love, not just make a sale. Super patient, easy to talk to, and very helpful throughout. People like him make a big difference. Left the store not just happy with the watch, but also with the whole experience.
