Ujjain Charitable Trust Hospital & Research Centre is a well-known healthcare facility located in the Abdalpura/Budhwaria area of Ujjain, with an overall rating around 3.3–3.4 out of 5 from hundreds of local patient reviews. Many patients and visitors highlight that the hospital is cost-effective and equipped with specialist doctors and diagnostic machinery, making it a useful option for basic treatments and tests at a relatively affordable price. A number of reviews also mention successful treatment experiences and positive interactions with certain staff members, especially involving doctors, nurses, and support personnel who have provided timely care during medical procedures. However, feedback is mixed and several consistent concerns appear in user reviews. A frequent complaint is about staff behaviour and professionalism, with some patients reporting rude interactions or inattentive service from front-line workers. Cleanliness and hygiene are also mentioned as issues by multiple reviewers, suggesting that certain areas of the hospital could benefit from stricter maintenance and sanitation practices. There are occasional remarks about management weakness and delays in care coordination, which some people feel could be improved for a better overall patient experience. In summary, this charitable hospital serves many local residents with affordable healthcare and essential medical services, but potential visitors might want to consider the mixed experiences with staff conduct and facility hygiene when planning treatment here.
Ghatiya staff, Ghatiya ICU plz don't visit this hospital for treatment, ICU like General ward, staff only for gossips and training. No patients care available. Duty Dr also rude behavior. No cleaning also in ICU. Fully untrained staff. Ujjain ka "nark"
I visited the hospital with my cousin yesterday, And the receptionist was quiet rude, she should have tell us to go and take the receipt from another section 🥲 before visiting the doctor, but she didn't.. then we end up in the dr cabin he told us to go and take the receipt 🤷 Then i accidentally dropped my scarf in the entrance i wasn't aware of, when we searched my scarf the security guard told u that someone took it 🤷 i mean how ?? When u saw scarf falling from my bag u should have just pick it up and keep somewhere 😂😂 but he didn't lol Funny experience i had but it's ok
Dr Shudakar Vaidya ENT specialist behaviour is very very rude towards me and with my child inspite my behaviour is very polite towards him through the treatment of my child. I have never experienced such kind of rude behavior from any doctor like this.
My father is admitd in ICU, but staff is not prefessional, they dont have blanket for the patient and nurses and staff are gossiping in very loud voice which create noice and unplese atmosphere in icu
