  I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Even after making full payment, I had to wait from morning till evening. I came with my elderly grandmother, and despite arriving around 1 PM, they kept us waiting till 07pm It was very difficult and uncomfortable for her, and the clinic showed no concern for senior citizens. The staff behavior was very poor. They seemed lazy, did not listen properly, and there was a clear shortage of staff. Basic services like ECG and X-ray were not managed properly — there was no staff available to handle reports, which caused further delay and frustration. The only positive point is that the doctor is very and well experienced good, but due to poor staff management and lack of coordination, the overall experience was very bad. I would not recommend this clinic unless they seriously improve their staff management and patient handling.

  Poor quality staff,rude behaviour, during Doctor's working hours staff enjoys their lunch break.Unnecesary showing attitude as if they are doctors 🤬 Although doctor is very nice and humble

  Dr is not available and in case if he is then waiting time is hours and and then he will just repeat the same prescription..

  Dr is best but ( staff to mann lijiye civil hospital se gyabita hai.....) totally 00
