  Overall, the medical facility is good, and the nursing staff is supportive. One suggestion for improvement is to restrict Floor 3 to only one attendant per patient and provide adequate seating arrangements for both patients and attendants. Currently, the floor tends to get overcrowded, and many people are left sitting on the floor, which is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially for patients coming for pre/post surgery procedures.

  One of the worst hospital of ujjain counter staff have very bad attitude towards patient and they are busy in there on conversation they are greed of money and even then no response after paying money. Doctor is good but he has hired notorious staff which will affect hospital reputation in near future.

  Kindly makesure your toilet should be clean if you are charging this much amount and their is no doubt you have the great facility for the Medical treatment and nursing staff but it also means nothing if doctor is not Punctual and don't respect his patients Time, I can understand their lot of work in dr life but It doesn't mean that they make paitents wait for even after they given the appointment time.

  A very disappointing experience. Went for an Emergency situation related to heart issues at midnight and duty doctor recommended ICU. The urgency highlighted was not reflected in the services. Had to wait for the nurse to come and take the patient into the ICU. Next morning, the ICU staff (cleaners and guards) were shouting while having an argument. Later shifted to the normal ward. The staff (a group of 3 people) was unclear what needs to be done despite the instructions given by the doctor. Nurses were talking really loud until midnight, groups of people were allowed to visit patients in another rooms until 1:00 AM making the corridor very noisy. There was no guard to monitor the situation. Again the nurses were loud from 6 AM in the morning. The young doctor in the ICU was Sensible and the only positive thing in the whole experience.

  Worst staff, very rude. Doctor do not take any responsibility, i have sever side effect of medicine and doctor even refused to talk on call. On of my aunt had operation here and after that she lost he sense of taste permanently, another doctor said it was operational mishandling. Go with some other ear specialist, they are just famous and getting rich, nothing else.
