  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Credit to Dr. Prashank Ajmera & Team – S.N. Krishna Hospital, Ujjain We were in Ujjain as tourists when a family member suddenly had a heart attack. Terrifying situation thankfully we were rushed to S.N. Krishna Hospital, and honestly, it turned out to be the best decision. Dr. Prashank Ajmera handled the angiography and angioplasty flawlessly. He and the entire team treated us with so much patience and care. They explained every report, every step of the procedure, and answered all our worried questions without ever making us feel rushed. The coordination between the doctors, nurses, and ward staff was seamless. Everyone worked like a well-prepared team. Highly recommend Dr. Prashank Ajmera and S.N. Krishna Hospital. They didn’t just treat our relative, they took care of our entire family during one of the scariest moments of our lives. Truly grateful.🙏🙏👏👏

  Dr Jay Kumar Sharma performed a hip replacement surgery on our 82 year old mother. We are so happy and satisfied that we chose SN Krishna Hospital in Ujjain. Dr Sharma and the whole staff was extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. We had a private room which was very big and clean. The staff cleaned it 2-3 times a day and bathroom was spacious too. We stayed here for 15 days and our stay was very comfortable. There were two long couches in the room we could sleep on that. The care staff esp. Anitaji, Nitaji, Ankitji, Rohitji and Laad Kawarji were very helpful efficient and caring. DashrathJi and Rishabh with Administrative Supervising committee were also very attentive. There’s a newly opened canteen on the terrace, it was a blessing. Once we tasted their food, we knew that we don’t have to go back and forth at home to eat good home style food, we ate every meal there and we will certainly miss this canteen once we go back home. We are very thankful to all the doctors, nurses and the caring staff.

  Overall, I had a good experience at the hospital. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were caring, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the care and support provided by the entire team. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements. The ultrasound (USG) process took a very long time, which caused unnecessary delays. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the hospital had an in-house nephrologist and urologist, as this would make patient care more convenient and efficient. Thank you to the entire staff for their dedication and care.

  I recently underwent treatment at SN krishna , and I cannot praise the entire team enough. From the moment I stepped into the clean, welcoming lobby, the staff handled my admission with absolute promptness and professionalism. Dr.Sumit thakur sir is an incredible physician. They took the time to explain my diagnosis clearly, laid out all treatment options without rushing, and answered every single question with patience. The nursing team on the floor was equally phenomenal—highly attentive, kind, and always quick to assist whenever needed.The facility itself is immaculate, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained. It is rare to find a hospital where top-tier medical expertise meets true, heartfelt compassion, but SN Krishna hits the mark perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding medical care.
