  What an amazing taxi service experience with Mr Sarabjit. We took taxi for the whole day and travelled out of station to baglamukhi mata mandir. Our driver Sarabjit enlightened us with so many facts about the city and was so much accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better driver and company coming from a different state. They made our day. Definitely referring them further.

  During our recent visit to Ujjain, I booked a taxi with Ms. Sapna from Ujjain to Omkareshwar and back. The driver, Jitendra was very courteous and humble. He also helped us get the bag we left accidentally in the dhaba where we had lunch. Reasonable rates and good service. Humble and honest team. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

  A very poor experience overall. We had booked the taxi nearly a week in advance, yet at 5:45 AM on the day of travel—just 15 minutes before our scheduled 6:00 AM departure—the driver was changed without any prior notice. This last-minute change itself was highly unprofessional, and unfortunately the replacement driver turned out to be very disappointing. Throughout the journey, he was constantly using his mobile phone while driving, often engaged in long conversations, which felt unsafe given his rash driving. He was not attentive to our requests, showed little concern for passenger comfort, and rarely listened to what we were saying. Instead of providing a customer-focused service, he seemed more interested in doing things his own way, including asking us to walk to a distant pickup point rather than collecting us from the designated parking area. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service.

  Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The driver was adamant, ignored our requests, and was constantly using his phone while driving. At times, he was operating two phones and even attending video calls during the journey. His rash and distracted driving caused him to miss speed breakers, resulting in sudden jolts. My head even hit the roof of the car due to one such incident. Passenger safety was clearly not a priority. Would not recommend this service. To make matters worse, my 70+ year-old father-in-law got out briefly to buy water bottles, but the driver did not stop or pull over properly and kept moving the car for nearly a kilometer. Despite our repeated requests to stop, he continued driving, forcing my father-in-law to walk a long distance carrying several bottles before the driver finally stopped. This was highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Would not recommend this service specially when u r travelling with family.

  Had an amazing Ujjain experience with Prathviraj Singh. Extremely humble, cooperative, over-delivering reliable person. Would recommend and prefer him any day.
