  Horrible experience! Overcharged and pickup was late. Driver said traffic was blocked, so we were asked to come to the main road (but no traffic was there!). Then, during drop-off, he arranged a rickshaw, saying cars weren't allowed - and we paid extra! Meanwhile, Ertigas and Innovas were driving in freely. Totally ruined our day.

  Worst taxi service ever. First driver never came, second came late and still stopped for CNG, making us miss time at Omkareshwar & Maheshwar. Driver refused to cover luggage in heavy rain (even though he had a tirpal) saying "paani bag fard ke aayega kya." All our clothes costly cosmetics got drenched and destroyed and we spent the night drying them instead of resting. Unreliable, careless, and unprofessional - avoid this service. Attached.   Vani Travels (Tarunbhai) Everything was perfect and perfectly-arranged. Really had a excellent trip with family where the car service was fantastic. Driver Deepak was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time, when needed. Highly recommended! Superb experience.
