  Very disappointing experience with Sanghvi Brothers Tata Motors Ujjain. I came to Ujjain during the mela period to purchase my car from Sanghvi Brothers because I had heard a lot about this dealership. However, the overall experience turned out to be very stressful. I travelled a long distance with my parents for the delivery. My father is a heart patient and the entire process caused a lot of unnecessary stress for us. During the payment process my bank transaction through RTGS/IMPS was repeatedly getting reverted, but instead of properly helping or guiding, there was a lot of pressure and unnecessary behaviour from the staff. Even basic things like proper coordination and vehicle preparation were not handled well. I had to repeatedly request before the RTO screening process was finally done. Buying a new car should be a happy moment for any family, especially when travelling so far to take delivery, but unfortunately the experience here was not what we expected. I hope the management of Sanghvi Brothers improves their customer handling so that others do not face the same situation.
