  I had an excellent service experience at Anupam TVS, Ujjain for my TVS Jupiter 125 (MP13FU2533). From start to finish, everything was handled with utmost professionalism, transparency, and care. A special mention for Mr. Anil Ji Sinha — his dedication, technical knowledge, polite behavior, and personal involvement are truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were resolved perfectly. Such people don’t just provide service; they build long-term trust and confidence in the brand. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Ronak Ji (TVS TSM) for his constant cooperation, prompt support, and positive attitude. His coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Worst service experience with TVS. I own a TVS Sport BS6 and I’m facing an issue where the check engine light stays on, which clearly indicates a possible sensor fault. When I visited the TVS service center, none of the staff were willing to properly listen or even check the issue. There was no basic courtesy or willingness to assist. After repeated requests, they simply told me to create a job card and leave the bike there for 1–2 days. However, they were not ready to even connect the OBD scanner in front of me to diagnose the problem. As a customer, I have the right to know what exactly is wrong with my vehicle. My concern is that they might just reset the ECU and return the bike without fixing the actual issue. If the problem is related to a faulty sensor, it should be properly diagnosed and replaced—not ignored while still generating a bill. I had already heard from many people that TVS has poor build quality and after-sales service, and sadly, this experience proves it. They are very polite while selling the bike, but when it comes to service, the attitude completely changes. Very disappointing experience. TVS really needs to improve its service quality and customer handling.

  Extremely disappointing service. I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes just because the person responsible for billing is not available. Additionally, the vehicle was delivered 1 hour later than the time initially promised. Does the entire service center depend on one individual? No backup, no accountability, no respect for customers’ time. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

  Service is a myth in a brand like tvs and specially this service center is very congested and worst service center of tvs , the service mechanics asks you for money to get your work done , I bought my vehicle from their showroom but they do not offer any good service , after service your chain will remain dirty, they'll not even touch your air filter , they just wash your bike and change the oil and call it a service , even the outside garage service is more efficient and reliable when compared to tvs service centers .I would recommend rajlaxmi tvs for service.
