  We recently stayed at this property, and what began as a random choice turned out to be an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offer mesmerizing views that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another major advantage—just about 2 km from the temple, making it convenient to visit while still offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. One feature that really stood out was the ample parking space, which is quite rare for properties located so close to the temple. Adding to the charm, the hotel also has direct access to the river flowing behind the property, creating beautiful views and a truly relaxing environment. A special mention goes to the front desk and security staff for their exceptional support. During our stay, my car's battery unexpectedly drained, forcing me to leave the engine running, which meant I couldn't lock the vehicle. I requested the staff if someone could keep an eye on it to prevent any untoward incident. They immediately arranged for a security guard, who remained with the car throughout, giving me complete peace of mind. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. I am genuinely grateful for the care and hospitality we received.   We chekin in night everyone is sleep they give us old rooms no tv no wifi bathroom was hell and staff told I don't i m new manager only counting cash and not give answer properly we are tired that' why we stay other wise i recommend don't book this hotel we paid 3000for one room we book 9000for this bekar sa hotel room service is sleeping all time. They have night shift then why they are sleepy not give answer properly

  My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and did not know how to speak to guests politely. The reception staff on both shifts were rude and behaved in an inappropriate manner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the reception—the room service and kitchen staff were also unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I did not feel welcomed during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they significantly improve their staff’s attitude and hospitality.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room quality was extremely poor and far below basic expectations. The bed and quilt were stinking and clearly not maintained properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The washroom was also not clean and lacked proper hygiene. It looked like it had not been cleaned properly before our check-in. When we raised these concerns with the staff, the response from the hotel team was very poor and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, there was hardly any effort made to resolve the problem or improve the situation. Overall, the cleanliness standards and service were highly disappointing. I would strongly suggest the management focus on maintaining proper hygiene and training their staff to respond more responsibly to guest complaints. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here unless there are significant improvements.

  Great peaceful and maintained hygiene Only the rooms are bit old but location and food are good away from the temple but with ur family it's worth it if u want to experince peace and live a vacation but for darshan u should go to nearby hotels to the mandir and u can stay here if u have taken rental
