  Had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ujjain! The owner is extremely kind and helpful-he went out of his way to assist us with arranging autos and coordinating anything we needed at any time. The environment truly felt like home, which made our experience even more comfortable. A special mention to uncle as well, who was very warm, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience-highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain!

  We family of 5 just spent 3 amazing days at this homestay in Ujjain, and it was pure bliss! After days of hectic travel, it felt like a warm hug. The food was delicious, homemade, and super affordable. The owner went out of their way to arrange transport for us at a great price, making our trip so much easier. The place is spotless, peaceful, and feels just like home. My parents loved it so much, we're already planning a return trip 😄. Thank you Thakur Sahab! Highly recommend!

  The homestay appears to be close to the temple and main corridor in the listing, but in reality the temple is at quite a distance. You also won’t easily find autos nearby, so you mostly have to rely on the homestay owner to arrange one, and the auto charges are quite high. Cleanliness was another issue. The rooms and especially the washrooms were not well maintained, and there was very little natural light in the space. Communication from the owner was also minimal, you are mostly left on your own without much guidance or assistance. Regarding food, we were told that poha for breakfast would be chargeable, but tea was also charged without it being mentioned beforehand. If you want breakfast, you need to inform them before 11 PM; otherwise they simply say it’s too late and it cannot be arranged. The homestay is located deep inside village lanes, so don’t expect restaurants or food options nearby. There is only a small shop around selling basic snacks like samosas. For lunch or dinner, the owner provides a menu from a nearby hotel, but the food quantity was quite small for the price. Overall, the stay was not as convenient or comfortable as expected.

  We stayed here for one night and two days... They guide us well for all about Mahakal Darshan and other temple darshan. Stay here was very comfortable like staying at our home. Room and bathroom were clean. I would definitely prefer to stay whenever I will visit Ujjain. Jai Mahakal
