  Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Cake House via Zomato. I ordered a Black Forest cake, but it was clearly not fresh. It tasted like it was 4–5 days old. ​What’s worse is that it looked like they had simply applied a new layer of cream over an old, stale cake to hide the quality. The base was dry and the taste was off. This is a major food safety concern. I would not recommend ordering from here if you value fresh quality. Avoid!

  I ordered a cake for mother's day , look wise it's good but it was fully cream Cake, they use very less bread even bread was smelled badly totally worthless and even overpriced

  I've been a frequent customer, but honestly they have DEGRADED!! sometimes they charge us EXTRAA!! the told us that they'll return the change next time but when I went there they DENIED!! SLOWESTT SERVICE even though I visit offline, staff is INCOMPETENT and ARROGANT 😡. it used to be our hangout spot bcoz of the inexpensive food but now it's costly and ambience is also not good. Looks like they're only interested in big cake orders. they should shut down the other options if that is so..

  It was a bad experience. The cake was stale and smelled bad. When we went to return the cake, the shop owner was behaving rudely with us and was not accepting her mistake. She was worried about her loss. She did not care about the health of the customers. If we had gotten sick or had food poisoning after eating that stale cake, then who is responsible for this. We had gone to Ujjain from another city to visit and purchased a cake from that shop to celebrate birthday. That lady was misbehaving a lot. If we had fallen ill then who would have been responsible for it? But that lady was more worried about her loss than the satisfaction of the customer. She is a baker who does not know how to make a cake and has opened a shop and is selling stale and bad cakes. This shop should be closed. Otherwise your health will be bad by eating their cakes.

  I had ordered butterscotch flavour but they delivered chocolate flavour. It looks like they're not interested in fulfilling customer's preference.
