I ordered a cake for ₹1700 yesterday, and honestly, it was very disappointing. The taste was not up to the mark, and the quality didn’t match the price at all. I had much higher expectations, especially considering the cost. The presentation was also not as promised, and overall it felt like poor value for money. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your quality and consistency in the future.

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a fruit cake from this bakery, and it was clearly not fresh. The cake tasted stale, the fruit pieces had an unpleasant flavor, and the overall quality was far below what I expected. Considering the price, this was unacceptable. I expected a bakery to maintain basic quality standards, but this product seemed old and poorly prepared. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return or recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves their quality control.

Absolute perfection! Ordered a cake from Cakes & Crafts and it was a massive hit. Not only was the design stunning and exactly what I asked for, but it was also incredibly fresh, moist, and delicious. Highly recommend!

We ordered a 6 pound double decker fondant cake for our boy's first birthday party. The cake was exactly as the pintrest picture we shared and tasted perfect with a soft sponge and less cream.

Very disappointing experience. I specifically asked the salesperson if the cake was fresh and was assured that they receive fresh stock daily. Unfortunately, after buying and consuming the cake, it tasted slightly sour and caused severe stomach upset and vomiting for my entire family. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable from a food safety point of view. Please be cautious before purchasing. I will not be buying from here again.
