Good and safe transport of goods, price is a bit on the higher side but is justified as my goods came in the same condition as booked.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Initially, I was assured that everything would be handled with care and that nothing would be damaged during the shifting process. Unfortunately, three of my items were damaged. When I tried to share my feedback with the owner, instead of addressing my concerns, he responded with, "Why are you telling me now?" — which I found unprofessional . If you're in the service industry, valuing customer feedback should be a priority, not an inconvenience. Their staff was clearly disorganized and uncooperative. Their team is having internal disputes- Indore team Vs Ujjain Team. Please be cautious if you're trusting them with your valuable belongings — I would not recommend this service based on my experience. And just to be clear, I was your customer — I have all the proof and recordings to show it.
