My tyre busted during a road trip, and the team at Lakshya Tyres came to my rescue. They went out of their way to help me, even providing a solution after closing hours. The owner himself was continuously talking to me and guiding me through the process. They also waited patiently for my warranty claim to be processed without any rush or complaints. The service was top-notch, and their customer-first attitude saved my trip. Truly grateful for their help— highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. While purchasing the tyres, they made big promises about quality and warranty, but when issues came up, they completely failed to provide proper support. Their service is highly unprofessional and they do not take customer concerns seriously. The warranty they promised is not being honored and they only make excuses instead of solving the problem. Staff behavior was also not good and there is no transparency in their work. Once the payment is done, their response becomes very poor. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Better to buy tyres from a more trustworthy and professional place.” Bahut hi bekar experience raha. Tyre lene time bahut badi-badi baatein aur guarantee di gayi thi, lekin problem aane par koi proper support nahi diya. Service bilkul professional nahi hai, customer ki baat ko seriously nahi lete. Warranty/guarantee ke naam par sirf bahane milte hain. Staff ka behaviour bhi accha nahi tha aur kaam me transparency bilkul nahi hai. Paise lene ke baad response dena band kar dete hain. Bilkul recommend nahi karunga, yaha se tyre lene se better kisi trusted shop se lo.”
