  It's around 5.8km away from railway station and mahakal mandir. If u want to stay away from crowd n rent /have your own vehicle then it's preferable location. Else one has to pay 100-200 everytime on rapido /autos. Room n washroom are clean , equipped with working AC , warm water . Kettle n tea bag not provided but guesthouse serve tea n basic breakfast. It's in iscon temple premise so u can listen to Arti puja n can have darshan easily . Rooms r maintained. It is safe place

  I stayed at the ISKCON Guest House in Ujjain, and overall it was a peaceful and refreshing experience. The best part about this place is its calm and spiritual environment. Since it is located inside the temple campus, the atmosphere feels very positive and soothing, especially if you are visiting Ujjain for religious purposes. The rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained, though quite simple. You won’t find luxury hotel-style interiors, but everything essential for a comfortable stay is available. The staff is polite and helpful, and the overall management is organized. One of the highlights is the availability of satvik food. The pure vegetarian meals (without onion and garlic) are hygienic and taste good, which adds to the overall experience. However, the guest house is a bit far from Mahakaleshwar Temple, so travel needs to be planned. Also, there are some strict rules like no outside food, no smoking, and a disciplined environment, which may not suit everyone. Overall, it’s a great place if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, and spiritually uplifting stay in Ujjain.

  Its guest house with the same level of facilities. Rooms are clean and hygienic but showing their age. Far from main temple complex, requires an auto ride of 100. Good place if getting for cheap and preference is a quiet place. A family place not suitable for bachelors.

  Very Disappointing Stay My experience at ISKCON Guest House, Ujjain was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the frequent power problem—there was no proper electricity, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi connectivity was also either unavailable or not working properly. For the price being charged, these basic facilities should definitely be better. The peaceful surroundings are good, but basic services like electricity and Wi-Fi need serious improvement. Overall, my stay was not worth the money, and I would expect much better facilities and management from a place like ISKCON Guest House.

  My experience was really horrible. I booked this place thinking the ISKCON management would maintain high standards and that the rooms would be excellent—but I was shocked. Initially, I was allotted a room where the toilet seat was broken. After I requested a change, they shifted me to another room, but there was constant drilling and maintenance work going on, which made it extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Only after I raised my concern strongly did they finally allot me a proper room on the third floor that was clean and peaceful. My question is—why wasn’t this room given to me in the first place? Guests shouldn’t have to complain or escalate issues just to get a decent stay. Very disappointing experience
