  Stayed at Hotel Mittal Paradise recently. The property is good, spacious, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable overall. However, the extra bedding provided was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Even after requesting a replacement, the new bedding was not much better. The buffet had limited food options, and while the restaurant food was acceptable, it was nothing exceptional. Considering the price charged, the overall service level did not meet expectations and felt inadequate for the cost. Overall, the property itself is nice, but improvements in bedding quality, food variety, and service standards would provide much better value for money.

  We recently booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, and unfortunately our overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or even for dining to reconsider before choosing this place. The decoration was very poorly done despite being charged a significant amount. We had booked the decorator named Sparsh, but the stage setup looked extremely unprofessional — tapes were visible and several elements appeared broken. Even after we pointed out these issues, there was no interest in resolving them. For food and overall arrangements, we were coordinating with Darshan, the hotel manager. Unfortunately, the service standards were very poor. The staff serving food were not properly dressed, and we constantly had to call them repeatedly for basic assistance. The service was slow and unorganized. Additionally, the food quality was very disappointing and tasted stale. For such an important family event, we expected professionalism, good service, and proper management, but the experience was quite the opposite. Overall, the hotel staff seemed untrained and uninterested in helping guests. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this hotel for weddings, events, or dining.

  Extremely disappointing experience at The Hotel Mittal Avenue and Paradise. The service standards are far below what the hotel charges. From poor room amenities and substandard food quality to an unresponsive and discourteous staff, almost every aspect of the stay was unsatisfactory. Room service is exceptionally slow—simple requests can take 3–4 hours, if they arrive at all. The staff appeared indifferent to guest concerns, making the overall experience even more frustrating. The property has significant room for improvement, and the management/owner should urgently address service quality, staff behaviour, and operational efficiency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

  It was a shady kindly of hotel, not safe. Room phone does not work, no water in room, red stained bed sheets, no mug in bathroom, no shower working, and no shower gel or soap. Had to bath in hand wash. The water bottle in the photo is my own that I brought from outside.

  Rooms were ok but needs to be more modern and renovated.... Room service is slightly needs to be improved in terms of waiting time. Location is definitely good .. Staff behaviour is really good..Ms.Durga and suman mehra..
