  One of the best places in Ujjain to be at, if you are a music and food lover. The service is just exquisite and the food is wonderfully delicious. The place offers both veg and non veg along with liquor (as per age criteria). Overall I am a Delhite banker posted here and trying to find a place to resonate with the Delhi vibe which it matched somehow. 5/5

  I recently visited Boozer in Ujjain and was quite pleased with the ambiance and food quality. The place has a great vibe, making it a good spot to dine and unwind. However, the service was extremely disappointing. One of the female service staff made a highly inappropriate and insensitive comment about my 1-year-old son, saying he looked malnourished. Such a remark was not only uncalled for but deeply offensive. When I confronted the manager and staff about this, their response was shockingly casual, with no sense of responsibility or apology. Good food and ambiance cannot make up for such poor service and lack of basic customer respect. If the management does not take action to improve their staff’s behavior, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values dignity and professionalism.

  Awful Experience – Avoid This Place! I had the misfortune of visiting this pub recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The manager Amin khan and co owner Rajiv was incredibly rude and seemed more focused on making a quick money than offering any sort of decent service. When we sat down at our table, he insisted we move to a less desirable spot near smoking area because he wanted to charge the guests who were sitting there a higher price. Although we paid cover charges, he wanted more than 10 thousand for us to sit. It was utterly degrading to watch him pressure them like that, and when we refused to move, the attitude towards us completely changed. The staff, unfortunately, seemed to follow the same toxic attitude. Our waiter was clearly unhappy and barely acknowledged us during the meal, barely even managing a smile. It was clear that the focus here isn’t on customer satisfaction but on squeezing as much money out of people as possible. Save yourself the trouble – if you want respect as customers.

  It sounds like you had a frustrating experience at a restaurant with unprofessional staff. A restaurant with internal “politics” can be a toxic environment for both employees and customers. Workplace politics in restaurants 1. Power Struggles - Conflicts between managers or between staff and management. 2. Blame Game - Staff blaming others for mistakes instead of taking responsibility. A restaurant where staff or management prioritize money over customer satisfaction often fails to create a positive experience for its guests. Overcharging or Hidden Fees – Adding unnecessary charges without proper disclosure. Worst place 😏
