  I had been visiting Dr. Prateek Tiwari for the past 1.5 years, but unfortunately, I saw no improvement in my skin. In fact, my skin condition kept getting worse over time. I was asked to come for consultations every 10 days and charged ₹500 each time, which eventually felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The waiting time was also extremely frustrating, often around 3–4 hours. Whenever I expressed concern that the treatment was not working and my skin was getting worse, I was repeatedly blamed and told that I was not taking proper care of my skin instead of properly addressing the issue or reconsidering the treatment. This was my personal experience, and after spending so much time and money without any positive results, I am extremely disappointed with the overall treatment and experience.Also the worsttt Dr i met in my entire life.Anyone whose willing to reach him please be careful

  I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatologist. About a month ago, I visited him for my skin concerns, especially pigmentation. I clearly informed him that my skin is very sensitive and that I had been undergoing treatment with a dermatologist in my hometown. Since I recently moved to Ujjain after marriage, I chose a local dermatologist for convenience. He prescribed me some medications and skincare products. Within just 20 days, my skin became extremely dry, I developed a fungal infection around my nose (which I have never experienced before), and my pigmentation actually worsened—the exact issue I went to him for. When I revisited him, instead of addressing my concerns properly, he dismissed them by saying that it wasn’t caused by the medication and that “these things just happen.” This response was very unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering my skin history. Additionally, the reception staff lacks basic understanding of time management and punctuality, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. My skin condition has deteriorated significantly within just 20 days, and I received no proper explanation or accountability.
