  I was admitted to Sanjivani Hospital on June 21st and discharged at 2:30 PM on June 22nd. I have been under the care of Dr. Maheshwari for three years; he provides excellent treatment and explains things very well. However, the hospital's housekeeping is terrible; the night staff were drinking while on duty. When my family came to visit, a staff member—who was intoxicated—demanded money. When asked to change the bedsheet, he refused, saying it wasn't his job and that the morning staff would do it. In the morning, I was told there was no staff available; no one showed up until 10:00 AM. Also, during billing, they don't clearly explain the charges to the patient's family. They even charge for the trash thrown in the dustbin, claiming it is the rule in every hospital. Honestly, next time anyone goes there, they should just bring their own dustbin and garbage bags. As for the room rates—₹1,100 for a general room and ₹2,000–₹2,500 for a private room—is this a 5-star hospital in Ujjain? Elsewhere, you can get an AC private room for ₹900 to ₹2,000. I request the hospital management not to treat people this way; otherwise, neither they nor anyone they know will ever return. Please ensure the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned not properly and manage the staff better—some were even on duty without uniforms.

  We are extremely grateful to the entire hospital team for the smooth and safe normal delivery. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very supportive, caring, and professional throughout the process. Their calm guidance and timely care made this beautiful journey comfortable for us. Thank you for making this special moment even more memorable.

  Poor Cleaning, Poor Hospitality, Poor Staff (under trained), My 2 and half years old daughter is admitted since 9th Oct'19, During the treatment my doctor Mr R Rathore was on leave and I request to hospital management for guest Dr S Bhoraskar visit mean while Dr There's leave. but hospital did not responded. From past 48 hours no Doctor visit to check my daughter health improvements. Over all poor services, Completely disappointed!!!

  I'm a current patient. All facilities is ok But cleaning facility is tooooo much bad .. Bathroom needs cleaning but not one pay attention to this.. Very bad n poor experience

  I ask extra pillow in private room.but they reply me pillow is only available for patient they don't give me extra pillow.I am very dis-appointment with that.
