I had a very disappointing experience at 1 Café in Imperial Hotel, Ujjain. We ordered a pizza, but the first one they served was completely burned. When we pointed it out, the staff refused to accept their mistake. Even after we requested to cancel the order, the hotel did not agree. They later served another pizza, but the cheese on it was rubbery and impossible to eat—even after chewing multiple times. We had to leave it untouched. This was a highly unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend not visiting this café and not ordering food here.
