  Staff management is bad, they are following a vip culture in hospital. In which you have to call their seniors so, you can get direct access to doc. without any general procedure. Emergency cases are also on hold as they treat their vips first.

  A Sad Experience at Ujjain Ortho Hospital I want to share my very sad experience at Ujjain Ortho Hospital, where I received very wrong treatment after a road accident. A car ran over me, causing multiple injuries and fractures to my leg, shoulder, and hand, including a fracture in my thigh. This accident left me very distressed, and I expected the hospital to provide me with necessary treatment. Despite the expensive treatment, my family chose private care, hoping that I would recover quickly. But the reality was different. The doctor assured us that I would recover in 3-4 months, but it turned out to be just an assurance. After four months, the hospital informed us that my thigh bone and knee ligament hadn't healed properly, and we were asked to wait for another month. This cycle continued for over a year, but there was no significant improvement. - I have been bedridden for a year, with huge medical expenses and loss of job. - The prolonged treatment is having a profound impact on my life and financial situation. - The effectiveness and method of treatment provided by the hospital are questionable. - The hospital failed to provide timely and accurate prognosis. Advice to Others - Be cautious when choosing this hospital. - Seeking a second opinion from another hospital may be a good option. Experience It's heartbreaking to think that the hospital may have prioritized financial gain over patient care. I appeal to the hospital to prioritize patient welfare over financial interests.

  Bad experience at ujjain ortho hospital, I had ribs injury i went for check up , doctor adviced me for USG chest but due to the negligence of hospital staff they did my USG abdomen, when I complained about the same they were not responding well , they gave refund after so many requests. Since I am a doctor so I caught their mistake It shows there greediness, and their irresponsible behaviour.

  Worst experience. Worst Doctor. He is only MBBS and does not even have an MS-Ortho degree. They are only Trying to increase patient’s bill by suggesting unnecessary tests and treatment bcoz patient had mediclaim. Doctor visited in the evening 6:30pm whereas we were admitted in morning 9:30Am. He is busy with OPD patients only. Also we were charged one day extra room rent bcoz of delay in discharge from Hospital as they were not able to clear mediclaim. Also Dr himself told us that MRI will get included in mediclaim bill but it was not. Dr Jeenwal does not know anything and only thinks of increasing bill under mediclaim.
