  Best Staff. Particularly one of the Service advisor. I forgot his name. On 27/06/26 my Car Punch DL******2 was showing warning sign. I was with my family going back to Delhi . I was worried if my car broke down on highway . And how much bill amount it would e, Sir service advisor told me not to worry. He take the car in service centre and within 15-20 min used his laptop and found the problem and resolved it instantly free. And his senior and other staff support very well. Thank you so much .   Poor communication and zero punctuality ​I dropped my car off for servicing yesterday, but they didn't call once to let me know it was ready. When I finally reached them at 6:00 PM, they told me the car was done but insisted I pick it up by 6:30 PM. Since it takes more than 30 minutes to get there, we agreed I would pick it up the next morning at 10:00 AM. However, when I arrived today, no one was here. I have been waiting for 45 minutes and still haven't received my car. They are completely disrespecting their customers' valuable time. Avoid this place if you value you schedule.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Sugandh Tata Motors, Ujjain. I paid a booking amount of ₹5100 for a car, but due to personal reasons I had to cancel the booking. The staff clearly told me that the refund would be processed within 7 days after sharing my bank details. However, even after many days the amount has still not been refunded. When I contacted them, they kept delaying and asking me to wait for a few more days again and again. This kind of behavior is not acceptable from an authorized dealership. Customers trust the brand and the dealership, but such delays in refund create unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I request the management to process my refund as soon as possible. Also, future customers should be careful and make sure about refund policies before paying any booking amount.

  Totally disappointed with the experience at Sugandh Tata Motors. The showroom takes vehicle bookings but fails to provide any clear delivery timeline. I booked a Tata Nexon Creative CNG (Daytona Grey) on 27th February during the Ujjain Mela through their representative Mr. Navneet. Based on their assurance, I proceeded with the booking and was told that the vehicle transit details would be confirmed within 2–3 days. However, even after continuous follow-ups since the booking date, the sales team has not been able to confirm the availability, chassis number, or estimated delivery timeline. Because of their commitment, customers end up waiting and also lose the opportunity to book the vehicle from other dealerships. This kind of unprofessional communication and lack of transparency is very disappointing. Advice to buyers: Do not book a vehicle without a confirmed chassis number or clear delivery timeline, otherwise you may face the same situation.

  I have visited to take delivery of my relatives, staff behavior is good but services are poor no ac ,no arrangement for delivery of vehicle in comparison to bhopal show room
