  They are deceiving clients by installing old hard drives in DVRs while charging the full price and not providing the genuine warranty. Although hard drives typically come with a 3-4 year warranty, they only offer a 1-year warranty. As a result, the hard drive often fails within a year, forcing customers to pay for repairs or replacements.

  The company is engaging in deceptive practices by installing outdated hard drives in their DVR systems while charging clients the full price and misleading them about the authenticity of the products. These hard drives, which traditionally come with a 3-4 year warranty, are being passed off with only a 1-year warranty. This deliberate reduction in warranty coverage is designed to mask the true age and quality of the drives. Consequently, these hard drives often fail within the year, compelling customers to incur additional expenses for repairs or replacements, all the while remaining unaware of the unethical practices they have fallen victim to.

  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both the service and the product I recently received from your shop.   Worst quality , worst after sales service. They take 7 days to come and check the cameras after a complaint. Rude behaviour of the owners because i called them to help me get my cameras back online and they told me that , “आपने हमसे तो स्विच नहीं लगवाया , उन्हे ही बुला ली जिये जिसने लगाया” , As their new switch prices were extremely costly from other suppliers, so i had to go with other one. Don’t get trap in the lower prices of the product of theirs , after sales service you won’t get any.
