Worst experience. Took my Roland XPS-30 for a simple volume knob fix. They opened it and lied that the “entire circuit is burnt” and quoted ₹4800, even though the keyboard was perfectly fine. It suddenly stopped turning on after they touched it. Next day they magically “fixed it” and returned it working without any real explanation. Clear scam to scare customers and charge money. Behaviour with customers is pathetic. They lie, overcharge, and harass you. Plz dont go there

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Mahakal Music, Ujjain was so bad, I had to share it. The shop owner’s attitude is unbelievably rude and arrogant. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. I just went there for a simple repair, and the way he behaved — it felt like I had done something wrong by even stepping into his shop. The service was average at best, and on top of that, it was ridiculously overpriced. The charges were way beyond what the work was worth. The way he talks and treats people is completely unacceptable. I’ve honestly never seen such disrespect from a shop owner before. I seriously suggest you avoid this place. No matter what you need — go somewhere else. This shop doesn’t deserve your time or money.😡😡😡
