  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent experience at Shiva’s The Unisex Saloon. The staff is professional, friendly, and really knows how to understand what look suits you best. The service was smooth, the salon was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Really impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work.   I come here regularly for hair cutting, they provide excellent services in hair styles, hair wash, beard grooming and trimming, massage and other spas services. They have extended their shop by creating an extra floor upwards, which is used for women parlour services. Here the staff is really friendly and skilled, they manage your preferences and their knowledge and make the best of your hairstyle. I recommend you must go here and have your hairstyle matches with your face. It situated in C21 mall. Excellent facilities and interiors. Very good experience overall.

  Shiva Unisex Salon, situated in a convenient location, unfortunately faces a notable challenge with the frequent turnover of staff. This inconsistency disrupts the personalized experience that clients seek when visiting a familiar salon. The revolving door of hairstylists creates a situation where every visit introduces a new person to cut your hair, potentially diminishing the establishment's ability to understand and cater to individual preferences. The owner's diminished interest, particularly in welcoming clients, is noticeable and can contribute to a less inviting atmosphere. Previously, the owner used to extend a warm welcome, but the recent lack of enthusiasm may affect the overall ambiance of the salon. A specific incident highlights the issue of staff changes. During a visit, a new client arrived, and all available staff were occupied. In a seemingly hurried decision, the owner intervened by taking over the almost completed work from one stylist and assigned the new client to the staff member. This abrupt change can disrupt the flow of the service and may not align with clients' expectations for a consistent and seamless experience. To enhance customer satisfaction, Shiva Unisex Salon could benefit from addressing staff retention challenges, rekindling the owner's engagement with clients, and ensuring smoother transitions between stylists during busy periods. These improvements could contribute to a more stable and enjoyable experience for patrons.
