  I had a wonderful stay at this property. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Mr. Akash guided us about the Temple timings and booked us an e-rikshaw and car for local and other visit options. We really liked the hospitality of the staff especially Mr. Akash. Outside food service is also available. Neelkantha dwar of Mahakaleshwar Temple is only 500m just walkable distance from the property. Although the hotel is located in a narrow lane which may be difficult for the cab driver coming from other cities to locate but I advice you to contact the staff before reaching Ujjain so that it get easy for you to get in. Considering all the positive points and great value for money, I highly recommend this property to everyone visiting Ujjain. I rate this property with 4 star.

  I had an excellent experience Sheetal's Mahashivaya guest house. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable,overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel's ambiance was peaceful, and every facility was well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ujjain. The entire staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They guided us through everything, fom local sightseeing to temple visits which made our stay and trip completely hassle-free. Their support and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain and would be happy to stay here again.

  We had a very good experience staying at Hotel Mahashivaya with our parents. Clean rooms, good facilities and hygienic. The owner and staff are polite, very helpful. It was our first time coming to ujjain, they guided us throughout our stay. Also booked us an auto while checkout for our way to Station at late night.

  The stay at Sheetal Mahashivalaya was truly a blessing for me. As a solo female traveler, I prefer dorms as a safety option. Unfortunately, the dorm I had chosen was not good, so I had to vacate that place. In the middle of the summer, I was sitting in a hotel trying to find a new place. After seeing reviews on RedBus, I chose this guest house. Immediately, Mr. Aakash called me back and guided me on how to reach there. In fact, they honestly WhatsApped me about the place and the auto driver issues over there. Since it was a new place and a new language for me, Aakash volunteered himself and picked me up from the place where I was sitting. Throughout the stay, the care was really good. The host was very concerned about my solo trip and helped me get darshan tickets and guided me on which temple to visit and at what time. As a local himself, this information helped me plan accordingly. There are no food facilities except tea and coffee. The coffee was really awesome. We can order via Zomato, and they deliver it. The package rickshaw was also arranged by them, so safety is assured. I loved the place, and I strongly recommend it to everyone. The walking distance from the temple to the room is through a few small lanes. Not a problem for me. Also, Aakash picked me up after the Shayan Aarti was over, at 12 AM. It is a bit scary to reach the place all alone. I chose walking over rickshaws. He advised me to send my live location, like a family person or a brother would, and I did the same. So, if you need a safe, calm, clean place with a good-person aura, this is the one.
